Blair brought his competitive spirit and disciplined approach to Tushaus Wealth Management in 2015, when he joined the firm and obtained his Arizona insurance license.
He became Series 65 securities licensed as an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) and fiduciary in 2019. A former collegiate football player and offensive lineman at Brigham Young University from 2010-2012, he transferred and finished his degree in business and history interdisciplinary studies at Arizona State University.
He then attended the University of Arizona, earning a master’s degree in international security and finished his collegiate football career starting for the Pac-12 Championship and the 2014 Fiesta Bowl Wildcat team. From there, Blair became a graduate assistant for the University of Nebraska where he served as an assistant defensive line coach for the famous Blackshirts while pursuing a second graduate degree.
Blair is an active and engaged member of the community, including involvement with his church and its ministries; he held the position as the first co-chair of Scottsdale’s Notre Dame Preparatory High School Alumni Association. Blair is supported by his wife Desirae and enjoys taking trips to Sedona, playing basketball and coaching high school football.
Kirk has used his expertise to help clients reach their financial goals for more than 40 years. Kirk entered the financial services industry in 1980 after graduating from the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Originally called ArMA Financial Services Inc., Kirk began working at the company in 1995, serving the needs of families, physician groups, and nonprofit organizations while holding the titles of president and partner. Along with a partner, he purchased the firm in 2001, and eventually the firm became Tushaus Wealth Management.
An engaged member of the Arizona community, Kirk has served on committee and boards for local non-profits including Notre Dame Preparatory in Scottsdale, the Catholic Community Foundation for the Diocese of Phoenix, and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix. Education has always been a priority in the Tushaus Family, and in 2004 he founded the Arizona Chapter of the Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation, a national non-profit organization whose mission is to support the children of our nation’s fallen heroes.
In 2005 he started the annual Arizona Golf Tournament to benefit the organization and has raised over $1,500,000 to help pay for the education of Arizona children who have lost a parent in the line of duty. Kirk is excited to work with his two partners, sons Chase and Blair, as they continue to meet the needs of the families served by Tushaus Wealth Management.
Kirk and his wife Marianne enjoy spending time with their sons and families, and staying involved with the organizations that help make a difference in our community.
